Elliott presented the Breakfast Show on BRMB in Birmingham for seven years from 2002 to 2009. During that time the show scooped silver and bronze at the prestigious New York Radio Awards in 2005 and a silver Sony Radio Award in 2007. Prior to this he presented several other flagship breakfast shows around the UK including Galaxy in Bristol and The Pulse in West Yorkshire.

In 1999 he presented the “blind wedding” contest “Two Strangers and a Wedding” where couples competed to win the chance to marry a complete stranger. Carla and Greg ‘won’ and tied the knot having met only minutes before. The contest caused a sensation and was the subject of two ITV documentaries and acres of press coverage. Despite the failure of this marriage Elliott hosted a sequel in 2006, unfortunately with a similar outcome. Hopefully he is a better broadcaster than matchmaker!
Elliott has also covered presenting duties for the nationally broadcast chart show “Hit 40 UK”, the Capital produced and networked weekly entertainment show “Seven” and the Capital FM weekend Breakfast Show.
